Nebius Launches $1 Billion Offering; Shares Fall Pre-Bell

Nebius (NBIS) said Wednesday it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $1 billion of its class A ordinary shares.
The company said it also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an extra $150 million of class A ordinary shares at the public offering price, minus underwriting discounts and commissions.
Shares were down 4.9% in recent premarket activity.
