美股周二早盘，金罗斯黄金公司（Kinross Gold，KGC）股价小幅下跌，此前该公司通过出售近2990万股股份，减持了其在阿散蒂黄金公司（Asante Gold，场外交易代码：ASGOF）所持股份。

　　此次出售约占阿散蒂黄金公司流通股的4.2%，交易执行价格较收盘价有10%的折让。

　　按非稀释基准计算，金罗斯黄金公司目前持有5.2%的股权。
