【韩国政府将虚拟资产交易及中介业务从风险企业限制行业中移除】金色财经报道，虚拟资产买卖及中介业务将从风险企业限制行业中移除。韩国中小企业和初创企业部（简称 “中小初创部”）9 日表示，在龙山总统府召开的国务会议上，审议并通过了包含上述内容的《关于培育风险企业的特别法施行令》部分修订案。该修订案将于 16 日起正式实施。 中小初创部解释称，此次修订施行令，是考虑到虚拟资产行业的全球地位变化以及韩国国内用户保护体系的强化等因素，旨在为正式培育区块链、加密技术等数字资产生态系统中的核心深度科技产业奠定基础。 中小初创部还指出，在全球范围内，美国去年 1 月批准比特币现货上市指数基金（ETF），同年 7 月又实施了稳定币全面监管法，可见将虚拟资产认可为正式产业的趋势正在形成。
