　　香港联交所表示，将于明天（9月11日）上午9时起取消普甜食品（01699.HK）的上市地位。

　　联交所已要求普甜食品（01699.HK）刊发公告，交代其上市地位被取消一事。

　　于8月1日，该公司向原讼法庭申请临时禁制令，禁止联交所在该上诉有裁决前取消该公司的上市地位。于8月13日，原讼法庭作出裁决，下令驳回禁制令传票。由于该公司并未取得任何禁止联交所除牌的禁制令，联交所将继续进行取消该公司股份上市地位的程序。

　　普甜食品（01699.HK），于2012年7月13日在联交所挂牌上市。
