消息面上，近日，众安智慧生活发布公告，集团即将与一家获香港证监会正式发牌的虚拟资产交易平台营运者(该平台)签订合作备忘录。
根据合作备忘录，双方计划开展以下合作：共同探索数字资产相关业务的合作机会；公司计划将在该平台开立账户，为后续配置加密货币资产做好准备；该平台将为集团提供数字资产基础设施支持，助力其在合规框架下探索加密货币资产托管与配置路径，并推动构建突破物理空间限制的创新数字生态平台；该平台将为集团提供虚拟资产平台的技术建议及合规路径支援，并建立定期技术研讨与业务交流机制。
本次合作旨在巩固集团现有业务基础，借助数字资产领域的前沿技术，进一步提升核心竞争力，推动业务创新与数字化转型。
