　　万国数据-SW（09698）早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.82%，收报34.16港元，成交额4.37亿港元。

　　万国数据关联的数据中心运营商DayOne正在寻求新一轮私募融资，计划通过C轮筹集不低于10亿美元。据悉，DayOne已就本轮融资与多家潜在投资者展开初步接触，若交易达成，所得资金将主要用于海外数据中心建设及运营扩张，进一步巩固其在国际市场的竞争地位。

　　招商证券发布的跟踪报告显示，截至2024年末，DayOne在用IT容量达132MW，客户上架率达93.6%。同时2024年DayOne全年新增订单340MW（主要来自于马来西亚柔佛州2座数据中心），累计总订单量已达469MW（大部分将于未来两年内投入使用），结合万国数据2024年Q3指引，预计2025年底DayOne在用IT容量将达到400MW。此外，依托强大的销售渠道，DayOne预计将在2025年新获得250MW订单，未来三年总订单量预计可以达到1GW。
