智通财经APP讯，LHN(01730)发布公告，有关建议分拆公司的附属公司Coliwoo Holdings并将其股份于新交所主板独立上市。就将Coliwoo Holdings纳入新交所官方名单及将Coliwoo Holdings的股份(Coliwoo股份)于新交所主板挂牌及报价(建议上市)而向新交所提出的申请，Coliwoo Holdings已于2025年9月9日接获新交所致函确认Coliwoo Holdings有条件符合资格于新交所主板上市(上市资格)，但须待Coliwoo Holdings符合及达成上市资格所列的全部条件(其中包括符合新交所的上市规定、新交所规定于报价前披露的若干资料及呈交新交所规定的若干文件)后方可作实。
