9月8日，澜沧古茶（06911）发布公告，宣布将变更所得款项净额的用途。根据公告，截至2025年8月31日，尚未动用的所得款项净额约为820万元。此次变更将原计划用于建立销售渠道的210万元、品牌建设及产品营销的320万元、升级信息科技基础设施及加强研发能力的30万元，以及投资山泉古酵项目的260万元，全部重新分配至营运资金及其他一般企业用途。
公告指出，变更后的所得款项净额用途中，营运资金及其他一般企业用途占比为31.2%。此次变更的原因主要是由于市场环境影响，董事会认为将剩余资金用于营运资金更符合公司的实际需求，以缓解资金压力，提高资金使用效率。
此外，公告还提到董事会秘书郭袁杰因个人原因辞职，并由周信忠代行相关职务。公司将于2025年9月26日召开临时股东大会，审议本次所得款项净额用途变更的事项。
