Jumbo Interactive (ASX:JIN) entered into a long-term software license agreement with the Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) regarding the Dream Home Art Union lottery program, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Under the agreement, the Queensland branch will transition the lottery onto the enterprise-grade, end-to-end Jumbo digital lottery platform.
The agreement has an initial five-year term starting from the first quarter of fiscal year 2027, with options to extend for up to six more years. The fee structure includes both fixed and tiered components.
A small upfront investment is expected before the start of the services, with some of this expenditure likely to be one-off, per the filing.
