分析指出，当前矿业板块的投资逻辑正从传统资源稀缺性向新能源产业链延伸，形成“资源+技术+政策”三重驱动。华西证券指出，有色金属行业在8月表现亮眼，工业金属受益于全球性供给收缩（如智利矿井事故、印尼冶炼厂设备故障等）和美联储降息预期（美联储鲍威尔发表鸽派言论）。此外，钨、稀土等品种也因开采总量指标管控而获得支撑。整体来看，行业供需格局受政策与外部事件驱动，叠加稳市预期强化，板块景气度维持高位。
