智通财经APP讯，大地国际集团(08130)发布公告，GEM上市委员会已于2025年8月26日就该决定举行复核聆讯(复核聆讯)。于2025年9月10日，本公司接获GEM上市委员会函件，通知本公司GEM上市委员会经考虑本公司及上市科提交的全部陈述(包括书面及口头陈述)后，认为本公司未能按照GEM上市规则第17.26条维持足够的营运水平及拥有相当价值的资产支持其营运以保证其股份得以继续上市，因此决定维持该决定，根据GEM上市规则第9.04(3)条暂停本公司股份(股份)买卖(GEM上市委员会决定)。
本公司现正审阅GEM上市委员会决定，并正与内部及专业顾问商讨有关事宜，以及考虑是否提出要求，将GEM上市委员会决定交由GEM上市复核委员会进行复核。
