谷歌公司周二表示，将接受韩国政府的安全要求，将韩国地区的坐标从地图上删除，以获得向海外输出高精度地图数据的许可。

　　谷歌负责政府事务和公共政策的副总裁克里斯·特纳（Cris Turner）在首尔举行的新闻发布会上表示：“我们将宣布另外两项措施，以解决政府对国家安全的任何剩余担忧。”

　　他表示：“首先，为了在韩国提供世界级的导航服务，我们正在加强与当地技术的长期合作关系。”

　　“其次，我们将删除韩国各地的经纬度坐标，”他补充说，并指出首尔政府已要求谷歌删除这些信息。

　　特纳解释说，如果有必要，谷歌正在考虑从SK Square旗下的移动平台运营商Tmap Mobility等当地合作伙伴那里购买政府批准的卫星图像。

　　他表示，此举建立在谷歌此前决定模糊地图和卫星图像上的敏感地点的基础上，以帮助缓解首尔方面的安全担忧。
