消息面上，方达控股发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月业绩，该集团期内取得收益1.27亿美元，同比减少1.5%;公司拥有人应占溢利292.7万美元，同比扭亏为盈;每股基本盈利0.0014美元。其中，集团于2025年第一季度录得亏损；得益于市场需求增加及生物制药公司为降低成本增加外包业务，集团第二季度财务表现有所回升，录得收益约6950万美元，同比增加7.8%，录得纯利约380万美元。
