消息面上，近日，美标卫浴与远洋集团达成战略合作，通过整合美标的绿色智能卫浴产品与远洋集团在住宅开发及社区运营方面的优势资源，双方将推动全国项目实现全流程绿色升级，为中国家庭打造安全、健康、舒适、智慧的理想居住环境，同时为行业树立绿色发展的新典范。
此外，根据远洋集团公布的2025年中期业绩，公司上半年营业额为人民币62.03亿元，同比下降53%。公司拥有人应占溢利为人民币102.02亿元，同比扭亏为盈;每股基本盈利1.171元。
