BlockBeats 消息，9 月 10 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，区块链借贷公司 Figure Technology 已提高其首次公开募股（IPO）的规模，此次交易总额可能接近 8 亿美元。
根据周二提交的文件，该公司拟发行 2,660 万股 A 类普通股，修订后的发行价格区间为每股 20 至 22 美元，高于此前的 18 至 20 美元区间。出售股票的股东将额外提供 485 万股，使此次发行总量达到 3,150 万股。
如果承销商行使全部 470 万股超额配售权，IPO 总规模（包括公司发行的新增股和现有股东出售的股票）可能达到 7.96 亿美元。不过，只有公司发行的新增股份才能为公司带来融资收益。
其中，Figure 公司发行的 2,660 万股新增股票的销售预计将产生最多 5.85 亿美元的总收入。如果超额配售权全部行使，公司融资总额可达 6.89 亿美元。剩余来自二级市场股份的收益将归现有股东所有。
