大唐新能源（01798）发布公告，于2025年9月9日，公司与大唐科研总院及大唐中宁签署增资协议，内容涉及公司及大唐科研总院向大唐中宁增资总计1.57亿元，以满足中宁储能项目的资金需求。
其中，公司拟以1.07亿元向大唐中宁增资。增资完成后，公司在大唐中宁的股权比例将由100%降至78.11%，大唐中宁将继续作为公司的附属公司，其财务业绩将继续并入公司的财务报表。
根据公告，增资将有助于提升中宁储能项目的科技成果产出，推动高质量完成攻关任务。增资总额为8.64亿元，项目注册资本为2.21亿元。增资协议的条款按正常商业条款订立，董事会认为该交易公平合理，符合公司及股东的整体利益。增资后，公司预计不会录得任何收益或亏损，因增资不会导致对大唐中宁的控制权丧失。
