智通财经APP讯，旭辉控股集团(00884)发布公告，于2025年8月，集团取得(i)合同销售(连合营企业及联营公司的合同销售)金额约人民币9.6亿元及合同销售面积约7.84万平方米，(ii)合同销售均价约人民币12100元╱平方米，及(iii)公司股东权益应占合同销售金额约人民币4.8亿元。
于2025年1月至8月，集团取得(i)累计合同销售(连合营企业及联营公司的合同销售)金额约人民币121.6亿元及合同销售面积约115.9万平方米，(ii)合同销售均价约人民币10900元╱平方米，及(iii)公司股东权益应占合同销售金额约人民币63.5亿元。
