The GAAP operating income for Q2 FYE26 was $2.7 million, a significant improvement from an operating loss of $1.4 million in the previous year. Looking ahead, Cognyte's outlook for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2026, includes expected revenue of $397 million at the midpoint, representing approximately 13% growth from the previous year. The company also anticipates an adjusted EBITDA of around $45 million at the midpoint, reflecting a 55% year-over-year growth. Non-GAAP diluted EPS is projected to be $0.23 at the midpoint of the revenue outlook.
