智通财经APP讯，比特元宇宙(08645)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止年度将取得公司权益持有人应占亏损大幅减少至不超过1150万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止年度的公司权益持有人应占亏损净额则约为2890万港元。
董事会认为，本年度亏损净额预期大幅减少乃主要归因于下列因素的综合影响：(i)行政及其他营运开支减少约1310万港元，其乃主要由于本年度出售米虫科技信息(深圳)有限公司及其附属公司(统称“米虫集团”);及提交有关进行第1类(证券交易)及第7类(提供自动化交易服务)受规管活动的牌照申请而产生的专业费用减少;
(ii)本年度因出售米虫集团而确认收益约550万港元;(iii)销售开支减少约370万港元，其乃主要由于中国销售团队的员工成本减少，此与出售米虫集团后销售人员平均人数减少一致且此项减少被集团销售代表的佣金增加部分抵销;(iv)因投资联营公司而取得分占联营公司业绩增加约310万港元;并被以下因素部分抵销(v)本年度毛利减少约850万港元，即便收益有所增加。毛利减少主要因收益丰厚但毛利率低的项目担保所致。
