智通财经APP讯，结好控股(00064)发布公告，于2025年9月12日，买方结好国际有限公司及结好(银基)酒业有限公司(均为本公司的间接全资附属公司)与卖方订立临时买卖合约，以 1.089亿港元的总代价购入该十套公寓。
公告称，该等公寓位于香港黄竹坑香叶道滶晨II(港岛南岸第5B期)第2座的6G、7G、8G、9G、10G、11G、18G、19G、20F 及21F单位(合计净内部面积约5,026平方尺)。
是次收购符合本集团的策略方针，并有助扩大本集团的现有物业投资业务。本集团目前拟将该等公寓持作投资用途，以收取租金收入。董事认为，临时买卖合约的条款乃按正常商业条款订立，属公平合理，并符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
