9月10日消息，据报道，河北石家庄刘先生反映自己购买的高途25考研课程，英语、数学、政治三科共花费10105元，购买时老师承诺是直播课。近日回看课程时发现，老师5月份的直播课，在开头问候大家新年好，才发现直播课变成了录播课，询问高途的老师和二讲老师，对方都不正面回应。说赠送其他课进行补偿，在自己没同意的情况下，高途私自给自己塞了一份26考研的数学课程。刘先生吐槽这种行为涉嫌欺诈，要求退赔学费，却没得到处理。12345让双方协商，但高途仍旧不解决。
对此，新浪科技向高途方面求证，截至发稿对方暂无回应。
