Scicom (MSC) (KLSE:SCICOM) and Telekom Malaysia agreed to jointly develop customer engagement solutions and digital service platforms, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares gained about 5% in Wednesday's midday trade.

The collaboration will leverage Scicom (MSC)'s outsourcing capabilities and Telekom Malaysia's infrastructure.
