智通财经APP获悉，日前，神州控股(00861)旗下数据智能企业神旗数码与中航信云数据有限公司签署战略合作协议。根据协议，双方将充分发挥各自在算力、模型与应用场景方面的核心优势，在数智化转型、绿色数字新基建、人工智能产业园区建设、国产算力等领域展开深度合作。中国航信云数据中心是由国资委批准，中国民航信息集团有限公司在浙江嘉兴投资建设，并成为全国第二家荣获国家级A级机房的数据中心，已为中国航信、国药集团、中国航油、广电集团、华通云等项目提供多年稳定服务，项目目前可容纳智能算力达3000P。
据悉，此前公司已与上海仪电签署合作协议，为其提供针对智算基础设施的一体化配套服务。随着相关合作的不断落地，公司将在AI全栈服务的版图将进一步扩充。神州控股近日发布中期业绩显示，公司构建AI全栈技术能力实践成效明显，成功打造了“Data x AI”战略模式，并在智慧供应链、政企业务及连锁行业场景中实现了AI智能体应用的加速落地。2025年上半年，公司实现了营收利润双增长，归母净利润增幅高达41%，同时新签约订单增幅几近翻倍，多家券商机构十分看好公司未来发展前景，给出了“买入”或“增持”评级。
