ChainCatcher 消息，博雅互动 (00434.HK) 发布公告表示，根据一般授权以每股配售股价 6.95 港元的配售价配售最多 6351 万股股份。
集团目前已布局多个 Web3 项目，包括投资 MTT Sports 游戏平台（持股 25%）、开发 MTT Network 游戏公链、YAAKO Wallet 游戏钱包及 Pet Land 宠物王国等。
博雅互动拟将本次配售所得款项约 90% 用于购买比特币，以推动本集团 Web3 领域的业务发展，并将继续寻求机会对合适的第三方 Web3 游戏及相关项目进行投资，及自主开发本集团 Web3 游戏及基础设施，以进一步巩固本集团在网络游戏领域的市场地位。有关本次配售所得款项之剩余约 10% 将用作本集团的营运资金及一般企业用途。
