Holley shares were 15% lower, at $3.14, after the company launched a secondary offering of 14 million shares by a selling stockholder controlled by Sentinel Capital Partners.
The selling stockholder will receive all of the proceeds from the offering.
Holley isn't offering any shares, and won't receive any proceeds from the offering.
The selling stockholder is expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 2.1 million additional shares of common stock.
