9月9日，美的集团（000333/00300）发布公告，2025年A股持股计划的非交易过户已于2025年9月8日完成。根据公告，公司回购的1736万股股票已从回购专用证券账户转至“美的集团（000333）－2025年A股持股计划”专用证券账户，过户股份占公司总股本的0.23%。此次持股计划的资金来源为公司提取的专项激励基金，共计13.31亿元。
本次员工持股计划未与公司控股股东、实际控制人签署一致行动协议，且部分董事及高级管理人员持有本期持股计划份额，持有人之间无关联关系。根据持股计划要求，自公告之日起设立不少于24个月的锁定期，锁定期为2025年9月10日至2027年9月9日。
2025年中期，美的集团实现收入2523.31亿元，归母净利润260.14亿元。
