智通财经APP讯，环球信贷集团(01669)发布公告，于2025年9月9日，环球信贷(作为放贷人)与客户(作为借款人)一同订立新贷款协议，据此，环球信贷同意授出一项金额为3500万港元的有抵押贷款，为期12个月。
于订立新贷款协议前，环球信贷(作为放贷人)已订立前贷款协议向客户授出一项金额为3500万港元的有抵押贷款。新贷款协议的全部贷款所得将用于全数清还前贷款协议项下的未偿还本金。
集团主要根据放债人条例于香港从事提供物业按揭贷款及私人贷款的贷款业务。环球信贷，作为新贷款及前贷款的放贷人，为公司间接全资附属公司。
