Solaris Energy Infrastructure's Stock Rises After CEO, CFO Purchase Shares

Solaris Energy Infrastructure (SEI) shares rose 17% in recent Wednesday trading after regulatory filings showed that two company executives purchased a combined 12,000 shares.

On Tuesday, Solaris Chief Executive Office William Zartler acquired 10,000 shares, while Chief Financial Officer Kyle Ramachandran bought 2,000.

Intraday trading volume on Wednesday topped 1.91 million shares, compared with the daily average of almost 1.67 million.
