Odaily星球日报讯 据记者 Eleanor Terrett 消息，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）代理主席 Caroline D. Pham 近日表示，CFTC 正在探讨是否可在跨境监管框架下，承认遵循健全加密监管规则（如欧盟 MiCA）的海外交易平台。此前，CFTC 曾重申其长期适用的外国交易委员会（FBOTs）框架，该框架允许部分受海外监管的非美加密平台通过注册为 FBOT，而非指定合约市场（DCM），即可为美国交易者提供直接交易通道。
