欧盟执行机构欧盟委员会于周五表示，已接受微软为解决其 Teams 平台相关竞争关切而提出的承诺。

　　根据该承诺，微软将推出不含 Teams 组件且价格下调的 Office 365 与 Microsoft 365 套件版本，此外还将实施其他调整措施。

　　微软欧洲政府事务副总裁南娜 - 路易丝・林德（Nanna-Louise Linde）在一份声明中表示：“我们感谢与欧盟委员会通过对话达成此项协议，如今我们将立即全面履行这些新义务。”

　　此前，现归 Salesforce 公司所有的 Slack 技术公司（Slack Technologies Inc．）向欧盟监管机构提起投诉，随后欧盟展开调查；德国竞争对手 alfaview 也提交了类似投诉。

　　监管机构的初步调查结论认为，微软将 Teams 与 Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 等办公生产力应用程序捆绑销售，为 Teams 赋予了不当竞争优势，并限制了云通信与协作产品市场的竞争。

　　在欧盟启动调查后，微软已将 Teams 从 Office 套件中拆分，但监管机构认为此前的调整措施仍不够充分。

　　路透社曾在 5 月报道，预计微软可避免反垄断罚款，因为欧盟监管机构当时大概率会接受其就 Office 与 Teams 产品提出的解决方案。
