9月12日消息，小鹏汽车法务部今日发文称，工信部等六部门正在联合部署开展汽车行业网络乱象专项整治行动，小鹏汽车也在积极响应，依法捍卫合法权益。

　　近日，广州互联网法院就小鹏汽车与北京满格电科技有限公司的网络侵权责任纠纷案件作出判决，判令被告满格电公司删除其发布的侵权内容，公开发表致歉声明并赔偿小鹏汽车经济损失。

　　公告称，满格电公司曾在网络平台用多个账号如“龙老师讲电车”（曾用名“龙哥讲电车”）、“龙老师满格电新能源维修培训”等，多次发表关于小鹏汽车产品的不实言论和恶意诋毁内容。

　　小鹏汽车法务部称，将配合相关部门共同营造行业良好舆论环境，坚决打击蓄意造谣抹黑，发布虚假信息误导公众的违法和侵权行为。
