消息面上，维立志博午间公告称，自主研发的奥帕替苏米单抗（LBL-024, 抗PD-L1/4-1BB双特异性抗体）顺利完成一项Ib/Ⅱ期临床研究（NCT07099430）首例患者入组，该研究将探索奥帕替苏米单抗单药或联合用药治疗一线晚期黑色素瘤。据悉，LBL-024为针对肺外神经内分泌癌的全球首款达到注册临床阶段的靶向4-1BB受体的疗法，亦有望成为治疗晚期肺外神经内分泌癌的首款获批药物。
招银国际此前发布研报称，维立志博专注于开发涉及免疫检查点的免疫疗法，例如共刺激激动剂和检查点抑制剂，同时拓展至其他领域，例如CD3 T细胞衔接剂和抗体偶联药物(ADC)。公司已开发出专有的LeadsBody平台和X-body平台。该等平台是持续药物发现的引擎。该行对维立志博开发PD-L1/4-1BB和TCE作为下一代IO持乐观态度。
