Eden Innovations (ASX:EDE) said JB2 Partners, the purchaser of a 65.58-acre industrial property in Georgia from Eden Real Estate, exercised its tenth option to extend the inspection period under the contract for an additional 30 days to Oct. 14 from Friday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
The extension fee of $50,000 will be divided equally towards repayment of the iBorrow loan principal and interest reserve.
Eden Innovations' shares jumped 3% in recent trading on Friday.
