Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI) declared a dividend of AU$0.008585 per share for August, down from AU$0.011689 a year earlier, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The dividend will be paid on Sept. 15 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 4, the filing said.
