** Shares of Element 25E25.AX fall as much as 13.4% to A$0.29, their lowest level since September 3
** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct fall since April 7
** The mineral explorer receives firm commitments for A$10 million ($6.66 million) placement for its Butcherbird manganese project
** Issue price of A$0.28 per share represents a discount of 16.4% to stock's last close
** Stock is up 13.7% YTD, including the session's moves
