智通财经APP获悉，万国数据-SW(09698)涨超14%，截至发稿，涨13.83%，报38.2港元，成交额3.27亿港元。
消息面上，据报道，知情人士称，阿里巴巴、百度已开始采用内部自主设计的芯片训练他们的AI大模型，取代了部分英伟达芯片。此前，阿里巴巴公告，计划发行一笔本金总额约32亿美元的零息可转换优先票据，该票据将于2032年9月15日到期，为无担保的优先债务。计划发行32亿美元“零息可转债”，其中约80%用于增强云基础设施 ，包括扩建数据中心、技术升级和优化服务。
公开资料显示，阿里巴巴是万国数据的最大客户，占万国数据中国在2024年第三季度总承诺面积/净收入的33.5%/30.1%。目前，万国数据已全面展开与各大云服务商的合作，现已包括：阿里云、腾讯云、AWS、Azure、百度云、华为云、UCloud以及VMware的VCloud Datacenter等。华泰证券此前指出，公司核心亮点包括：国内数据中心业务上架率持续提升，新签订单增加；数据中心行业正处在供需好转的周期中；DayOne积极在欧洲、东南亚区域落地新项目；成功发行国内首批数据中心REITS项目。
