DeSoto Resources Says Soil Sampling at Guinea Project Identifies Gold-in-Soil Anomaly Zone; Shares Fall 7%

DeSoto Resources (ASX:DES) said a soil sampling program delineated a coherent zone of gold-in-soil anomalies 2.3 kilometers in length at the Tole project in Guinea, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The zone will be drill tested in an upcoming reverse circulation drilling program.
Soil sampling also identified zones to the north and south of the Dadjan Main Zone prospect for further testing.
Soil sampling and trenching programs are continuing at both the Tole and Dadjan projects, the filing said.
The company's shares fell past 7% in recent Friday trade.
