Boom Logistics (ASX:BOL) said that Chief Financial Officer Emmanuel Bikakis has resigned, effective Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
A search is currently underway to find a new CFO, the filing said.
The company's shares were down nearly 2% in recent Friday trade.
