　　近日，康方生物/Summit发布HARMONi研究结果2025年9月7日，康方生物海外合作伙伴Summit Therapeutics在2025 WCLC全体会议主席专题研讨会（Presidential Symposium）上重磅发布了依沃西首个全球多中心III期临床HARMO Ni研究的更新数据：随着随访时间延长，ITT人群OS HR进一步缩小（HR=0.78，P=0.0332），更新的OS数据较此前5月的分析结果呈改善趋势，特别是北美人群的OS获益更为突出（HR=0.70）。

　　中信建投指出，依沃西首个国际多中心III期HARMONi研究结果和中国开展的III期HARMONi -A研究结果在PFS和OS上均取得了优异临床表现，证明了依沃西疗法在肿瘤治疗中不仅具有快速起效、高效控制疾病的巨大优势，也具有良好的肿瘤免疫治疗拖尾效应，证明了依沃西在跨区域/跨人种的全球临床与中国临床中均具有相同的获益趋势和安全性，进一步凸显了依沃西的全球市场价值。
