声通科技（02495）发布公告，2025年9月11日，公司全资附属公司声通玄武与淄博声通智效绵阳分公司订立合作协议。
根据协议，淄博声通智效将向声通玄武提供为位于四川省绵阳科技城新区的V2X自动驾驶综合系统项目安排安全员及负责无人驾驶智能网联车运维工作等服务，服务期限为2025年9月1日至2027年7月31日。
根据合作协议，每月应付淄博声通智效的服务费为：前两台无人驾驶车辆按每台1.5万元计算，之后的每台按1.2万元计算。该费用包含服务所需的全部成本，包括安全员的基本薪资、加班费用、清洁材料成本及车辆的保养管理成本等。
根据历史交易金额，自2024年6月1日至2025年6月30日，淄博声通智效向本集团提供的服务费用分别为127万元和141万元。建议年度上限为：截至2025年12月31日的年度上限为300万元，2026年为440万元，2027年为300万元。
