智通财经APP获悉，喜相逢集团(02473)盘中涨近9%，高见9.36港元，创上市新高。截至发稿，涨5.47%，报9.07港元，成交额1.02亿港元。
消息面上，9月5日，哈啰副总裁、租车事业部总经理张重骐一行到访喜相逢集团，与喜相逢集团副董事长叶富伟等代表达成战略合作。双方围绕联名店共建、系统对接、商户资源整合与运营效率提升等展开深入探讨，并完成签约。此次合作有助于进一步整合线下车辆资源与线上平台流量，提升车辆利用率和用户覆盖规模，强化喜相逢在汽车出行领域的整体解决方案能力。
值得注意的是，9月8日，喜相逢集团被正式纳入恒生综合指数，同时进入港股通标的证券名单。公司此前发布的中期业绩显示，上半年收益7.69亿元人民币，同比增加16.78%；股东应占溢利2248.6万元，同比增加14.23%；收益增加主要由于集团汽车直接零售业务同比增长较高；及进一步扩充自营销售网络开设、加强销售能力建设致销售业绩增加。
