智通财经APP获悉，怡俊集团控股(02442)尾盘飙升逾33%，截至发稿，涨32.08%，报3.87港元，成交额155.21万港元。
消息面上，怡俊集团控股公布，董事会建议将公司中文双重外国名称由“怡俊集团控股有限公司”更改为“生命未来港控股集团有限公司”。值得注意的是，8月18日，怡俊集团控股股东将股票由天风国际证券与期货转入阿仕特郎资本管理，转仓市值7034.23万港元，占比5.92%。
公开资料显示，怡俊集团控股于2023年5月在港交所挂牌上市。公司是香港一间专门从事被动消防工程的分包商，透过该公司的主要营运附属公司(即怡俊工程及怡俊维修)提供被动消防工程。截至2022年6月30日止年度，该集团按收益计在香港被动消防工程市场排名第一，市场份额约为25.5%。
