Vinati Organics Invests Additional INR307 Million in Wholly-Owned Arm

Vinati Organics (NSE:VINATIORGA, BOM:524200) has invested an additional 306.8 million Indian rupees in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Veeral Organics, according to a filing to the stock exchanges on Thursday.
The company has subscribed to an additional 30,680,000 fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of 10 rupees each through subscription towards the rights issue of Veeral Organics.
Veeral Organics manufactures organic fine specialty chemicals.
Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
