智通财经APP讯，泽璟制药(688266.SH)发布公告，公司自主研发的新药Alveltamig(代号：ZG006)、Nilvanstomig(代号：ZG005)的临床研究数据及最新进展将于2025年9月10日至14日召开的第28届中国临床肿瘤学会(CSCO)学术年会上发布。
ZG006单药治疗在难治性晚期小细胞肺癌患者中的II期剂量优化临床研究(ZG006-002)入选本次年会肺癌专场口头报告。截至2025年5月12日，共60例三线及以上小细胞肺癌(SCLC)患者按1:1随机接受ZG00610mgQ2W或30mgQ2W治疗并纳入分析。首次给药均为1mg滴定剂量。两组患者的基线特征总体均衡。
ZG005联合依托泊苷及顺铂(EP)在一线晚期神经内分泌癌患者中的安全性、药代动力学特征及初步疗效的I/II期临床研究(ZG005-004)数据及最新进展：截至2025年8月21日，共纳入84例患者。92.9%患者Ki-67增殖指数≥55%，64.3%的患者存在肝转移。最常见的原发肿瘤部位为胃肠道，占36.9%。
