BlockBeats 消息，9 月 11 日，香港金融管理局 (HKMA) 发布一份新的监管政策手册，概述了巴塞尔资本规则下的加密资产分类。自 2026 年 1 月 1 日起，香港将通过修订其资本、披露及重大风险敞口规则，落实巴塞尔框架。该手册将加密资产分为两组。第一组是与传统资产挂钩的代币和具有有效稳定机制的稳定币，这些将受到与同等传统资产的相似对待。
第二组是无担保代币，例如比特币和以太坊，以及不合资格的代币化资产和稳定币，这些将受到全面资本化和更严格的对待。根据香港最新《稳定币条例》获得牌照的稳定币将被视为较低风险资产。业内人士可在 10 月 10 日之前对修订后的规则提出意见。(金十)
