据媒体报道，近日，郑州王女士一家三口花费13500元通过携程报名云南六天五晚的精品团，宣传中明确写明该团是云南首款纯度假旅行团，承诺“全程无购物”“纯玩体验”，却遭遇糟心经历。王女士的实际行程与承诺严重不符：行程第4天被安排前往2家购物店，其中一家强制推销2个多小时，导致游客无法按时用餐；实际游玩时间被严重压缩，且安排的游玩景点几乎都是免费景点；承诺的“大理一线海景房”实际为“望海房”，承诺的“洱海游船”项目也未兑现。

　　王女士投诉后携程态度敷衍，仅表示“有相关人员处理”，称已向文旅局做情况说明，但未给出具体解决方案。目前王女士已向文旅主管部门正式投诉。

　　对此，新浪科技向携程方面询问相关情况，对方暂无回应。
