智通财经APP获悉，高盛发布研报称，蔚来(09866,NIO.US)宣布发行10亿美元股份计划，包括发行美国存托股及A类普通股，每股A类普通股发行价43.36美元，美国存托股票发行价定为每股5.57美元。过去两个季度蔚来的新车型包括乐道L90及蔚来ES8等竞争力显现改善，预计第三及第四季度交付量可提升至8.9万及13.1万辆，对比首季及次季为4.2万及7.2万辆。
该行又指，增发10亿美元股份所得资金将用于汽车技术研发、扩充换电及充电网络投资，以及强化资产负债表，预期今次大规模股权融资将进一步支持蔚来执行其产品战略，估算蔚来2025及2026年研发开支将达110亿元人民币，通过今次配售可使负债比率从98%降至92%。
