2025年9月12日北京东方雨虹防水技术股份有限公司公告控股股东、实际控制人李卫国部分股份解除质押。本次合计解除质押43,890,000股占其所持股份8.57%占公司总股本1.84%质权人为海通证券和中国银河证券。截至目前李卫国及其一致行动人李兴国合计持股占公司总股本21.90%累计质押股份占公司总股本12.89%。本次解质与公司生产经营需求无关未来一年内到期质押股份占其所持比例55.10%可多种方式偿还。目前不存在侵害上市公司利益、引发平仓等情形公司将持续关注质押变动。
