MetaOptics (SGX:9MT) raised SG$6 million from its initial public offering on the Catalist board of the Singapore bourse, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The semiconductor optics company placed 30 million shares at SG$0.20 apiece to institutional and retail investor groups, the filing said.
Based on the placement price, MetaOptics' post-placement market capitalization is SG$47.2 million.
