China Shuifa Singyes Energy (HKG:0750) completed the issue of 800 million yuan of a five-year private placement debt financing instrument carrying a 3.3% coupon rate, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company and the bondholders will be entitled to a respective coupon rate adjustment and sell-back option at the end of third year.
